Tripsoft Global Ltd operates AstroGuru. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your quiz answers (including birth date, time and place), name, email address, and purchase records. Payment details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.
Why
To calculate your chart, deliver your readings, manage your subscription and, if you agree, send offers.
Advertising and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies from Meta, Google and TikTok to measure our advertising. Where required we share a hashed (irreversibly encoded) email address with these partners. Where the law requires it we only do this after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time on the cookie settings page.
Your rights
You can delete your account yourself in Settings, which erases your birth data and readings right away. Payment records are kept as tax law requires. You can also request access to or deletion of your data at [support email].
